Is a dedicated professional with deep roots in Nicaragua, where he was born and raised. With a strong foundation in economics and business, he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics before pursuing an MBA with a concentration in International Business at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). His career is marked by a profound commitment to helping others, particularly the most vulnerable in society.
As a father of two, Ernesto places great importance on family values and community, consistently using his skills and empathy to make a positive impact.

Known for his charisma and leadership, he has spent many years working in sales, gaining vast experience in dealing with local governments, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Ernesto’s professionalism and unwavering dedication to his church further highlight his spirit of service, making him a model citizen and advocate for the well-being of his community.

Gloria Burns

a University of Florida graduate with a background in advertising, marketing, and nonprofit management, is a columnist and marketing strategist at Miami’s Community Newspapers. She has held key leadership roles in various community foundations and service clubs in Miami. Widowed in 2021, she is a dedicated volunteer, active in several organizations, and enjoys spending time with her family, baking, reading, and promoting community impact.

Jorge M. Casero

Finance and Operations professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in Strategic Business Planning, Financial Control, Management, and Operations, providing cohesiveness to diverse operational and financial teams.
I have served as Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis in the Latin America region for MasterCard International.
Earlier held the positions of Vice President of Operations / Chief of Staff and Financial Controller for Citigroup’s Real Estate holdings in their North Latin America region.

With over 25 years of expertise in Human Resources, I hold an MBA and a Master’s Certificate in HR Policy & Management. I excel in strategic HR practices, employee development, and have a proven track record in leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication. My experience spans all areas of HR, and I thrive in dynamic environments, committed to driving positive change and nurturing talent within organizations.

Tracy Forgette

Tracy Forgette, born and raised in Illinois, has cultivated a lifelong passion for music, writing, and crochet, providing a rich balance between her artistic and intellectual pursuits. With over 30 years of experience, Tracy has become a highly dedicated and results-oriented administrative professional. Starting her career in IT project coordination, she quickly expanded her expertise to encompass office management, policy development, financial management, and human resources. Working for an alcohol distributor, Tracy has demonstrated exceptional organizational and time-management skills, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities with precision and adaptability.

Iris Garcia

Iris Garcia has been empowering women for over 12 years by coaching them to overcome obstacles from the bedroom to the boardroom. As an expert in relationships with broad experience in mass communications, Iris started Women Voice Network a 501(c)3 organization that encourages women to lead more effective lives, both in and out of the work environment. When people are secure and happy, they do better work and perform at a higher level. Most recently producing her own Show, IRIS, to empower women in our society.

Nathalie leads the fifth Miami location in Palmetto Bay. She has over 16 years of experience helping restore credit. She has helped countless consumers and their credit profiles reach their personal goals. She specializes in a variety of proven credit restoration services. From A-list celebrities to the regular public, no job is too big or too small.

 

Fabiola Singh

Graduated as Computer Engineer, specialized in Digital Marketing (web design, social media,  SEO Optimization, and PPC advertisement ) with 20 years of experience. Currently managing a marketing agency and capable to work in the following marketing activities:
-Specialist in developing and implementing brand awareness campaigns designed to increase quality website/mobile traffic and conversion rates.
-Deep understanding related to keyword strategies for search engine optimization (SEO) , search engine marketing (SEM) and PPC (Pay per click)
-Social Media Manager(Driving website traffic, gain awareness, create a strategy, create sales opportunities)  including Facebook dashboards and Instagram ads.
-Capable to manage full campaigns in English and Spanish audience.

Henry Zaldivar

Henry is a seasoned technology and business professional with 40 years of experience in IT with a focus in Cybersecurity the past 15 years. He is a member of the InfraGard South Florida Chapter, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, CISO Cyber Security Group, and on the Cyber Security Advisory Board at Miami Dade College.

Gabrielle is a passionate community advocate and dynamic leader with a deep commitment to empowering underserved populations. She brings years of experience in operations management, nonprofit development, and strategic partnerships. As the founder of His Helping Hands Initiative, Gabrielle leads grassroots outreach programs that provide critical support to individuals experiencing homelessness in South Florida.

In addition to her nonprofit work, Gabrielle serves as an ambassador for Ladies Who Golf – Miami Chapter, promoting diversity and inclusion through mentorship and networking.

Gabrielle currently sits on the board of a Women Voice Network, an organization that supports women overcoming domestic violence by providing computer literacy training to help them re-enter the workforce. Her mission is grounded in service, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of equity for all.

Stephanie Zamorano Rodriguez

A mission-driven nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience advancing equity and innovation in public education. A proud first-generation college graduate from Miami, Florida, Stephanie’s career has been shaped by her lived experience and a deep belief in the transformative power of education. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and dual master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Public Policy from the University of Michigan. She remains rooted in South Florida, where she is active in her community and enjoys time outdoors with her family.
