Refund Policy

At Women Voice Network, we strive to ensure that all donations, program fees, and contributions are used effectively to support our mission of empowering survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. Due to the nature of our non-profit work, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Donations
All donations made to Women Voice Network are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded. This policy allows us to allocate resources efficiently and ensure that your contribution is used to support our programs and services in a timely manner.
2. Program Registration Fees
For participants who have registered for a course, workshop, or event:
- Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start date of the program, you may be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 3-6 days before the start date of the program, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No Refund: If a cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the start date of the program, no refund will be provided, as program materials and resources may have already been allocated.
3. Event Tickets
For events hosted by Women Voice Network:
- Full Refund: A full refund is available for ticket cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, the ticket may be transferred to another individual with prior notice.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as personal emergencies or unforeseen issues, Women Voice Network may, at its discretion, provide a refund or credit toward a future event or program. Please contact us at Info@WomenVoiceNetwork.com with details of your request.
5. Refund Request Process
